1. Information We Collect

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and password (stored as a bcrypt hash). When you make a purchase, payment is processed by Stripe — we do not store your credit card information.

When you use our search service, we log your queries, results, and response times to improve our service. For anonymous users, we store a hashed version of your IP address to enforce usage limits — we never store raw IP addresses.

2. How We Use Your Data

• To provide and improve our AI name generation service
• To manage your account and credit balance
• To send transactional emails (verification, password reset)
• To enforce usage limits and prevent abuse

3. Data Retention

Search logs are automatically deleted after 90 days. Cached search results expire after 1 hour. Anonymous usage records expire after 60 days. Account data is retained as long as your account is active.

• OpenAI — AI name generation (your queries are sent to OpenAI's API)
• Stripe — Payment processing
• ResellerClub — Domain availability checking
